Guy commenced his real estate career in 1997 and in that time has sold properties from Mt Eliza to Sorrento.  He has been Director of Ray White Rye since 2000, and also a Director of Ray White Mornington and Ray White Rosebud over the years. With a strong training emphasis, the Ray White link has been a significant one, with staff being provided with superior skills and knowledge to handle the ever changing face of real estate sales.

As one of the leaders in the Ray White group, Guy has lead the office to many awards including a top 10 office in 3 of those years. A pleasing aspect for him is also seeing several of his sales and rental staff achieve Top 10 results in the state. A great auctioneer, Guy has auctioned over 500 properties ranging from vacant blocks and units, through to residential homes, prestige properties and rural landholdings.  With many of his clients achieving outstanding results, there is strong demand for his skills. 

Guy, with 2 adult daughters, has lived on the peninsula since 1990 and understands the changing needs of a family, having bought and sold properties a number of times.  With that in mind, he also has strong views on how the sale of a property should be handled, with importance on service, listening and attending to customers’ needs, and being focused on achieving results.
