Ray White Rye Property Magazine

Its always a satisfying feeling when a bright idea and hard work equal success. In the past month we have been working on what we hoped would be a diverse and different way of advertising our current listings to a broad range of people. Thus came our first issue of the Ray White Rye Property Magazine which this week has generated great exposure and enquiry, with approximately 1000 mailed and locally distributed throughout various shops in the area. This has created more buyer enquiry and resulted in higher inspections than we have had for several weeks. In the next issue we hope to not only mail 1000 brochures, but are organising delivery to over 10 shops, cafes, doctors surgeries etc, in Rye, Tootgarook, St Andrews Beach, Blairgowrie and Rosebud.
