Most of the staff here are long term Mornington Peninsula residents, so you may call us bias, but when you see and experience this area for yourself, you can truly understand the greatness that is the Rye and the Southern Mornington Peninsula.

The size of this area is approximately 18 square kilometres. It has 5 parks covering nearly 15% of the total area. Rye compromises cafes, schools, shops, boutiques, art, local music, front beach for the families and a back beach for the surfers,  fine dining and a great community spirit.

The Mornington Peninsula goes up in population by 60,000 in the summer, if that doesn’t scream ‘we have something down here that is awesome’, I don’t know what does!  Whether you’re after an investment property or a beach side getaway, Rye has the home for you.

Now, let’s talk numbers, the current median price is $445K, so there is still some great value properties. Number of properties currently on the market in Rye is 232. In the last 12 months, 306 sales, 98 of those sales between $400k – $500k.
