The size of this area is approximately 18 square kilometres. It has 5 parks covering nearly 15% of the total area. Rye compromises cafes, schools, shops, boutiques, art, local music, front beach for the families and a back beach for the surfers,  fine dining and a great community spirit.

The Mornington Peninsula goes up in population by 60,000 in the summer, if that doesn’t scream ‘we have something down here that is awesome’, I don’t know what does!  Whether you’re after an investment property or a beach side getaway, Rye has the home for you.
